Start op 1 maart 2027 met het traineeship Schuldhulpverlening bij Bender. Je combineert leren met werken en doet ervaring op bij verschillende opdrachtgevers in de omgeving van Almere, Lelystad, Dronten en Emmeloord. Bender voor jou - Salaris en Groei : Je groeit stapsgewijs door naar €3.852 bruto per maand met verdere doorgroeimogelijkheden - Zekerheid : Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd vanaf dag één - Persoonlijke begeleiding : Een talentmanager die met je meedenkt over jouw ontwikkeling - Ontwikkeling : Toegang tot de Bender Academie voor trainingen en verdieping in het sociaal domein - Mobiliteit : Keuze tussen een leaseauto met tankpas of een reiskostenvergoeding - Collega's en verbinding : Regelmatig bijeenkomsten en momenten om ervaringen te delen Wat ga je doen? Als schuldhulpverlener begeleid je inwoners met financiële problemen. Je brengt hun persoonlijke en financiële situatie in kaart en werkt samen aan een duurzame oplossing. Je voert intakegesprekken, stelt plannen van aanpak op, onderhoudt contact met schuldeisers en werkt samen met andere hulpverleners. Zo help je inwoners stap voor stap naar meer financiële rust en perspectief. Dit ben jij - Je hebt een hbo- of wo-bachelor afgerond. - Stage- en/of werkervaring binnen de financiële en/of maatschappelijke hulpverlening, bijvoorbeeld als bewindvoerder, schuldhulpmaatje, budgetcoach of maatschappelijk werker. - Je bent vanaf 1 maart 2027 de eerste 3 maanden 36 uur per week beschikbaar, daarna minimaal 32 uur per week. - Je bezit eigenaarschap, professionaliteit en flexibiliteit. - Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en bent bereid om te reizen.
