Waarom kiezen voor deze baan? - Je ontdekt in 16 maanden zowel een beschouwende als een chirurgische afdeling: dé manier om te ontdekken wat echt bij je past - Trainingen, e-learnings en studietijd vallen binnen je 32-urige contract: leren hoort bij je werk - Je wordt intensief begeleid door ervaren collega's én je leert samen met andere trainees tijdens intervisie - Je ontwikkelt skills die je verder brengen, ook richting andere specialismen na je traineeship - Je start je carrière in een topklinisch ziekenhuis waar jij kunt groeien, uitproberen en vertrouwen opbouwen Wat ga je doen? Je traineeship start op 1 februari 2027 , duurt 16 maanden en bestaat uit drie fases: Fase 1: Kennismaken & fundament leggen (4 maanden) Je werkt boven formatie op je eerste afdeling. Je leert de organisatie kennen, volgt scholingen en e-learnings en raakt vertrouwd met het werk. Omdat trainingen en studietijd onderdeel zijn van je baan vallen ze binnen je contracturen. Fase 2: Meedraaien & groeien (6 maanden) Je werkt volledig mee op dezelfde afdeling, krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en groeit snel in je klinische vaardigheden. Natuurlijk kan je altijd terugvallen op ervaren collega's Fase 3 : Verbreden & ontdekken (6 maanden) Je stapt over naar een tweede afdeling in een ander specialisme. Was jouw eerste afdeling beschouwend? Dan ga je nu werken op een chirurgische afdeling en andersom. Zo bouw je brede praktijkervaring op waar je later in je carrière veel aan hebt. Daarnaast krijg je meeloopmomenten bij disciplines die aansluiten op jouw werkplek, zoals polikliniek, recovery, SEH, gipskamer, wondzorg of OK. Ook krijg je toegang tot het digitale leerplein va...
