Met jouw expertise en vernieuwende ideeën maak je leren praktisch, toegankelijk en direct toepasbaar. Afhankelijk van jouw expertise richt je je op welzijn, professionele vaardigheden en het stimuleren van leren en ontwikkelen binnen de organisatie. Dit ben jij Je bent een enthousiaste trainer die mensen weet te inspireren en in beweging te brengen. Je staat stevig voor een groep en krijgt energie van het ontwikkelen van mensen én leeractiviteiten. Daarnaast heb je: Hbo werk- en denkniveau; Ervaring met trainen en/of het ontwikkelen van leeractiviteiten; Een geldige certificering als docent en/of trainer; Affiniteit met leren en ontwikkelen; Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; Een enthousiaste en proactieve houding. Ervaring binnen een maatschappelijke sector is mooi meegenomen. Waarom Florence? Dit bieden we jou Een afwisselende functie binnen een nieuw en groeiend Leercentrum. Salaris conform FWG 60 (CAO VVT). Hybride werken en ruimte voor een gezonde werk-privébalans. Een jaarcontract voor 32 uur per week, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. Je krijgt 8% vakantiegeld én een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%. Ruimte voor vrije tijd: 237,4 vakantie-uren bij een fulltime dienstverband (36 uur). Volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen via ons Ontwikkelcentrum. Voor

Vanuit locaties in de regio Haaglanden werken collega’s van onder andere HR, Finance, ICT, Business Control, Communicatie en Facilitair samen aan een stabiele, professionele basis voor de zorgpraktijk. Zij zorgen ervoor dat zorgprofessionals zich kunnen richten op waar het echt om draait: het bieden van persoonlijke, deskundige zorg aan onze cliënten.
