Transport • Alblasserdam • Fulltime Bij MAAT zorg jij ervoor dat transportopdrachten van aanvraag tot uitvoering goed worden geregeld. Je zoekt naar de beste vervoersoplossing, maakt afspraken met vervoerders en hebt contact met klanten en collega's. Je houdt rekening met kosten, capaciteit en kwaliteit en zorgt dat iedere opdracht volgens afspraak wordt uitgevoerd. En dat de vracht heen en terug met goederen komt! Geen dag is hetzelfde! De ene keer werk je aan een nieuwe transportaanvraag, de volgende keer regel je een retourlading of los je een onverwacht probleem op. Jij houdt het overzicht, schakelt snel en denkt in oplossingen. Wat ga je doen? - Je neemt transportaanvragen aan, beoordeelt deze en werkt ze uit. - Je zoekt naar de meest efficiënte en rendabele uitvoeringswijze, bijvoorbeeld met ons eigen wagenpark, transportpartners of multimodaal transport. - Je stelt offertes op en maakt tarief- en kostencalculaties. - Je vraagt tarieven en capaciteit op bij transportpartners en maakt afspraken over de uitvoering. - Je zorgt dat transportdocumenten, zoals douanepapieren, vergunningen en laad- en losinstructies, op orde zijn. - Je zoekt naar retourladingen en mogelijkheden om lege ritten te voorkomen. - Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, vervoerders en andere betrokken partijen. - Je verwerkt opdrachten en ritgegevens in het TMS. - Je signaleert knelpunten en denkt mee over verbeteringen. - Je ondersteunt waar nodig bij facturatie en administratie. Kortom: jij bent een belangrijke schakel in het transportproces. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat iedere opdracht goed en volgens afspraak wordt uitgevoerd. Wie ben jij?
