ZUKÜNFTIGE ROLLE - vielseitig, wie unser Produktportfolio

- Planung und Organisation von internationalen Transporten (LKW, Seefracht)

- Einholung und Vergleich von Frachtofferten- Transportmarkt Beobachtung

- Austausch und Koordination mit Zollagent_innen und Kund_innen

- Koordination von Verladungen mit Ladepersonal von verschiedenen Lägern

- Überwachung und Kontrolle KPIs bzw. Service Level Agreements

- Internes Schnittstellenmanagement mit den Abteilungen

- Schadensabwicklung betreffend Transportschäden / Reklamationsbearbeitung

- Lademittelverwaltung

QUALIFIZIERUNG / TALENT - erlesen, wie die Zutaten unserer Produkte

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung/bzw. Logistische Ausbildung

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf / Disposition / Logistik

- Sehr gute MS Office - Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel)

- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch vorausgesetzt; weitere Fremdsprache(n) von Vorteil

- Zollkenntnisse von Vorteil

- Erfahrung mit internationaler Kommunikation, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln

Teamplayer_in mit hoher Kund_innen- / Serviceorientierung
