Jobomschrijving

In deze functie sta je niet in voor het manueel uitwerken van transportroutes zoals in een klassieke plannersrol. Dankzij een geavanceerd planningssysteem worden planningsvoorstellen automatisch gegenereerd. Jouw toegevoegde waarde zit in het analyseren van deze data, het optimaliseren van routes en volumes, en het bijsturen wanneer de realiteit daarom vraagt.

Samengevat:

  • Je analyseert de output van onze digitale planningstool en vertaalt inzichten naar een efficiënte operationele planning.
  • Je stuurt bij waar nodig en zoekt oplossingen voor onverwachte situaties in het dagelijkse transportproces.
  • Je bent de schakel tussen chauffeurs, klanten en planning.
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten om routes, volumes en processen verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je denkt proactief mee over hoe de organisatie haar transportactiviteiten nog efficiënter kan organiseren.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en kan logisch redeneren.
  • Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je bent assertief, communicatief, neemt initiatief en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je haalt energie uit een combinatie van analyse, operationele opvolging en klantencontact.
