The posting

Als transportplanner werk je in een team van 8 collega’s en zijn jullie gezamenlijk verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van een vloot van 60 tot 70 vrachtwagens. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Je start met een dagplanning, maar door ad-hoc wijzigingen, spoedaanvragen en uiteenlopende combinaties van beladingen wordt continu een beroep gedaan op jouw creativiteit en probleemoplossend vermogen. Jij ziet het als een uitdaging om de planning steeds weer sluitend te maken en draagt hiermee direct bij aan het hoge serviceniveau. Werkzaamheden:

- Plannen van ritten en inroosteren van eigen chauffeurs en charters;

- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs bij vragen of operationele problemen;

- Monitoren en controleren van rij- en rusttijden;

- Indelen van beschikbare transportmiddelen zoals steigerwagens, bakwagens en diepladers;

- Uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden zoals het bijhouden van uren en controleren van tachograafgegevens;

- Periodiek draaien van een avond- en zaterdagochtend calamiteitendienst tegen extra vergoeding;

Voor deze functie als transportplanner zoeken wij een stressbestendige planner die energie krijgt van een dynamische werkomgeving. Je behoudt overzicht, schakelt snel bij veranderingen en communiceert helder met chauffeurs en collega’s. Je bent organisatorisch sterk, denkt in oplossingen en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte en veilige uitvoering van de transportplanning. Wij vragen:

- MBO werk- en denkniveau;

- Ervaring in transportplanning of een vergelijkbare logistieke functie is een pre;

- Goede kennis van rij- en rusttijdenwetgeving;

- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;

- Stressbestendigheid en flexibiliteit;

- Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte instelling;
