Je schakelt met chauffeurs, klanten en collega's en weet altijd het overzicht te bewaren. Als Transportplanner ben jij samen met je collega verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van het volledige transportproces. Je stelt efficiënte planningen op waarbij je continu rekening houdt met klantafspraken, personele bezetting, beschikbare middelen en wet- en regelgeving. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en dat maakt deze functie juist zo uitdagend! Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen en optimaliseren van transportplanningen op dag-, week- en maandniveau; - Afstemmen met chauffeurs en optreden als eerste aanspreekpunt; - Verwerken, controleren en opvolgen van transportorders inclusief documentatie; - Onderhouden van contact met klanten en bewaken van gemaakte afspraken; - Controleren van planningsgegevens zoals levertijden, routes en locaties; - Signaleren van knelpunten en aandragen van praktische en creatieve oplossingen; - Bewaken van onderhoudsintervallen en tijdig inplannen van (wettelijk) onderhoud van het wagenpark.
