The posting

De Transport Planner is verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van het transport van eindproducten (container/truck/pick-up) van interne en externe opslagplaatsen voor eindproducten naar eindklanten, rekening houdend met operationele, budgettaire, contractuele, wettelijke en geografische beperkingen en met de eisen van de klant.

· Opstellen van een lijst van te verzenden orders volgens incoterm en transittijd vanuit het ERP-systeem

· Controleren of er interne/externe voorraad is en toewijzen van de voorraad aan de order

· Als er geen voorraad is, meldt je tekorten aan de klantendienst, als zij besluiten een ander product te nemen, pas je je aan

· Het magazijn van vertrek toewijzen aan de bestelling (indien nodig met de logistiek medewerker overleggen om de nodige transfers te organiseren)

· Voor niet-EXW-bestellingen zoek je een vervoerder op basis van de bestemming, de transittijd en de prijs (door de aankoopdienst onderhandeld en opgegeven rooster)

· Sturen van het transportschema naar de externe magazijnen

· Communicatie in externe opslag bewaken (eventueel opnieuw plannen)

· De bevestiging van de vervoerder opvolgen (eventueel een herinnering sturen)

· Voor het laden: de laadplanning in het WMS opnemen, rekening houdend met de variabele laadtijdbeperkingen

· Afdrukken van de ophaalopdrachten, indien extern, versturen van de proforma's naar de externe magazijnen

· Bijdragen tot de voortdurende verbetering van de processen

· Bijdragen aan de veiligheid binnen de afdeling en daarmee aan de veiligheid van het bedrijf

· Bijdragen aan de implementatie van SAP

· Je hebt een bachelordiploma in logistiek en/of 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie

· Je bent vertrouwd met het Office-pakket (excel, word) en kunt werken met een ERP-systeem (kennis van SAP is een voordeel)

· Je hebt kennis van administratieve verschepingsdocumenten, Incoterms

· Je spreekt Nederlands, Frans en Engels

· Je bent flexibel, dynamisch, georganiseerd en methodisch,

· Je bent in staat je prioriteiten en stress in elke situatie te beheren

· Je houdt ervan om problemen op te lossen
