Je komt terecht in een Belgische industriële speler die oplossingen ontwikkelt binnen de bouwsector, met een duidelijke focus op duurzaamheid en energie-efficiëntie. Het bedrijf is vandaag winstgevend en stabiel, en groeit verder dankzij een sterke vraag vanuit de markt.

Met een team van ongeveer 70 medewerkers heerst er een familiale en directe werksfeer, waar iedereen elkaar kent en beslissingen snel genomen worden. Geen logge structuren, maar een omgeving waar initiatief wordt gewaardeerd en waar je echt impact hebt.

De klanten zijn professionele partners die rekenen op stipte leveringen en heldere communicatie, wat logistiek tot een cruciaal onderdeel van de organisatie maakt.

Wat je concreet zal doen

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, coördineren en optimaliseren van transporten, waarbij je dagelijks het overzicht bewaart over een groot volume leveringen.

  • Je plant en coördineert transporten voor zowel inkomende als uitgaande goederen en zorgt ervoor dat leveringen tijdig en correct verlopen.
  • Je analyseert routes en schema’s en stuurt bij waar nodig om efficiëntie te verhogen en kosten te beperken.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met transporteurs en klanten, waarbij je afspraken maakt, opvolgt en bijstuurt indien nodig.
  • Je detecteert problemen of vertragingen en neemt onmiddellijk actie om de impact te minimaliseren.
  • Je stemt continu af met interne afdelingen zoals magazijn en productie om een vlotte goederenstroom te garanderen.
  • Je beheert transportdocumentatie en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve processen correct verlopen.
  • Je denkt actief mee na over verbeteringen binnen de transportplanning en werkt mee aan de verdere digitalisering van het planningsproces.

Je zorgt ervoor dat alles blijft draaien, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt.

Je bent iemand die energie haalt uit tempo, verantwoordelijkheid en resultaat.

  • Je beschikt over een eerste relevante ervaring binnen transport- of logistieke planning.
  • Je hebt een sterk geografisch inzicht en kan snel inschatten wat efficiënt is.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je durft je uit te drukken in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je blijft rustig en gestructureerd in een omgeving waar veel tegelijk gebeurt.
  • Je werkt planmatig en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je hebt ervaring met SAP of een gelijkaardig ERP-systeem.
  • Een specifiek diploma is minder belangrijk dan je ervaring en ingesteldheid.
