Ervaring in transportplanning of expeditie is een pluspunt

In deze rol ben je dagelijks verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en coördineren van goederenstromen binnen Europa en naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Jij zorgt ervoor dat transporten zo efficiënt mogelijk worden ingedeeld, waarbij je rekening houdt met capaciteit, beschikbaarheid en afspraken met klanten.

Je werkt binnen een team dat zich richt op de internationale operatie. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat alle zendingen tijdig en correct worden ingepland en uitgevoerd. Daarbij heb je veel contact met chauffeurs, charters en collega-planners, zowel in Nederland als op internationale locaties.

Je start je werkdag met het doornemen van de planning en de beschikbare capaciteit. Je bekijkt welke ritten er al staan ingepland en waar nog actie nodig is. Wanneer er extra capaciteit nodig is, schakel je snel met externe vervoerders en maak je afspraken over inzet en tarieven.

Gedurende de dag komen er nieuwe transportaanvragen binnen. Jij denkt actief mee in oplossingen, stemt af met collega-s en vertaalt klantvragen naar een haalbare en efficiënte planning. Zodra alles is afgestemd, zorg jij voor een correcte uitvoering en communicatie richting alle betrokken partijen.

Het team

Je komt terecht in een ervaren team van ruim 20 collega-s die dagelijks samenwerken om de internationale logistiek soepel te laten verlopen. De werksfeer is nuchter, direct en gericht op samenwerking.
