Als Transportplanner zorg je ervoor dat bestellingen vanuit verschillende productiesites tijdig en efficiënt bij de klant terechtkomen. Je puzzelt dagelijks met volumes, routes, capaciteit en levermomenten en zoekt daarbij steeds naar de meest efficiënte transportoplossing.

Jouw taken:

  • Je maakt de dagelijkse transportplanning voor België, Nederland en Frankrijk.
  • Je combineert verschillende orders zo efficiënt mogelijk in vrachten.
  • Je houdt rekening met volumes, capaciteit, routes en levertermijnen.
  • Je plant zowel standaardproducten als grotere maatwerkproducten.
  • Je volgt geplande transporten op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je stemt af met klanten, leveranciers en externe transportbedrijven.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met customer service en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Je bewaakt de balans tussen klantenservice en transportkost.
  • Je ondersteunt de andere transportplanners waar nodig.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt een bachelor, bij voorkeur binnen bedrijfsmanagement of logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in transportplanning is een plus, maar schoolverlaters zijn ook welkom!
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en logisch puzzelen.
  • Je durft assertief te zijn en stuurt aan op een efficiënte planning.
  • Je blijft rustig wanneer omstandigheden onverwacht veranderen.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt vlot met IT-systemen.
