De functie inhoud Wat deze job als Transportplanner inhoudt:

  • Organiseren en coördineren van dagelijkse transportactiviteiten
  • Inplannen van ritten rekening houdend met prioriteiten, beschikbaarheid en efficiëntie
  • Samenwerken met collega-planners voor een vlotte logistieke flow
  • Zorgen voor een correcte voorbereiding van transporten voor de volgende werkdag
  • Afstemmen met chauffeurs, magazijn en technische dienst
  • Administratief verwerken van transportopdrachten en opvolgen in het systeem
  • Meedenken in oplossingen bij wijzigingen of onvoorziene omstandigheden
  • Waken over continuïteit en kwaliteit binnen de planning

  • Beschikt over ervaring in wegentransport of uitzonderlijk vervoer
  • Heeft een goede geografische kennis
  • Is sterk in organiseren en communiceren
  • Denkt oplossingsgericht en blijft rustig onder druk
  • Is flexibel in werkuren en bereid vroeg te starten of later te eindigen
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, basiskennis Frans is een plus
  • Heeft bij voorkeur technische affiniteit met machines
