Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een Ervaren Retail Planner (Transportplanner). In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt inplannen van chauffeurs en materieel op de ritten en routes die door de klant worden aangeleverd.Je hoeft dus niet iedere route van A tot Z zelf uit te denken. De routes liggen grotendeels al klaar. Jouw toegevoegde waarde zit vooral in het vinden van de juiste chauffeur en het juiste materieel, het maken van een goede planning en het onderhouden van een sterke relatie met de chauffeurs.Een functie voor een ervaren planner die het transportvak goed kent, makkelijk communiceert en ervoor zorgt dat de planning in de praktijk ook daadwerkelijk werkt.

Functieomschrijving: Als Retail Planner ben je dagelijks bezig met het organiseren en coördineren van de transportplanning.Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Het inplannen van chauffeurs en materieel op de door de klant aangeleverde ritten en routes; • Zorgen dat de juiste chauffeur en het juiste voertuig op de juiste rit worden ingezet; • Dagelijks schakelen met chauffeurs over planning, ritten en eventuele wijzigingen; • Het bewaken van de voortgang van de planning; • Inspelen op wijzigingen en onverwachte situaties gedurende de dag; • Zorgen voor een goede afstemming tussen klant, chauffeurs en de interne organisatie; • Onderhouden van een goede en professionele relatie met chauffeurs; • Signaleren van knelpunten en waar mogelijk direct een passende oplossing vinden; • Zorgen voor een planning die niet alleen op papier klopt, maar ook in de praktijk uitvoerbaar is. Geen traditionele routeplannerIn deze functie hoef je niet zelfstandig alle routes van A tot Z uit te werken. De klant levert de routes aan.De focus ligt daarom vooral op:Wie rijdt welke rit? Welk materieel is beschikbaar? Hoe zorgen we dat alles goed op elkaar aansluit? En hoe houden we de chauffeurs goed aangehaakt?
