Als transportplanner speel je een belangrijke rol binnen Supply Chain. Je beheert en optimaliseert internationale transportstromen en werkt actief mee aan het efficiënt inzetten van transportbudgetten, modaliteiten en leveranciers. Je combineert operationele kennis met een analytische en commerciële mindset.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je beheert en optimaliseert internationale transportstromen via colli-, lucht-, zee- en wegtransport.
  • Je bepaalt de meest geschikte transportmodaliteit op basis van kosten, lead time, risico en service.
  • Je onderhandelt met transporteurs, freight forwarders en logistieke partners over tarieven, contracten en voorwaarden.
  • Je analyseert transportkosten en prestaties en vertaalt data naar concrete optimalisaties.
  • Je volgt transportfacturen op en bewaakt de correcte verwerking ervan.
  • Je ondersteunt bij import- en exportactiviteiten en waakt mee over correcte douanedocumentatie en compliance.
  • Je volgt ontwikkelingen in transporttarieven, capaciteit en regelgeving op.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Supply Chain, Warehousing, Aankoop en Finance.
  • Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen transport, logistiek of supply chain, bij voorkeur in een internationale of multi-site omgeving.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van colli-, lucht-, zee- en wegtransport.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van douaneprocedures en -reglementering of bent bereid deze snel verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je bent een sterke onderhandelaar en hebt ervaring met leveranciers- en contractmanagement.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet data te vertalen naar heldere inzichten en beslissingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en proactief en hebt oog voor zowel details als resultaten.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
