The posting

Voor een sterk groeiende en stabiele speler in de regio Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, actief binnen de bouw- en recyclagesector, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Transport Planner. De organisatie beheert als veelzijdige partner de volledige keten: van afbraakwerken en containertransport tot de recyclage van bouwafval en de verkoop van nieuwe bouwmaterialen.

In deze rol als Transportplanner Afvalcontainers zorg jij samen met twee collega-planners voor de vlekkeloze aansturing van ongeveer 100 vrachtwagens. Je focust je specifiek op de containerdienst (15 vrachtwagens) en combineert het maken van slimme planningspuzzels met een nauwkeurige administratie. Jij bent de centrale figuur die continu schakelt tussen klanten en chauffeurs om elke container stipt op de juiste locatie te krijgen.

Functieomschrijving

  • Opmaken en continue bijsturen van een efficiënte dagplanning voor zo'n 15 containerwagens (circa 8 tot 10 stops per dag).
  • Telefonisch te woord staan van klanten en hen proactief informeren over het exacte tijdstip van plaatsing of afhaling.
  • Verwerken en correct opvolgen van alle binnenkomende bestellingen via e-mail.
  • Vlot aansturing en briefen van zowel eigen chauffeurs als vaste onderaannemers.
  • Nauwkeurig verwerken van de bijhorende transportadministratie.
  • Het op je nemen van de vroege bereikbaarheid (vanaf 6u00) tijdens jouw permanentieweek om een rimpelloze ochtendstart te garanderen.

Profiel

  • Beschikt over minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige planningsfunctie voor vrachtwagens (ervaring met enkel de planning van techniekers komt niet in aanmerking).
  • Je hebt een uitstekende geografische kennis van België.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en kan snel overweg met nieuwe computersystemen (kennis van ERP-systeem Organi is een troef, maar wordt intern aangeleerd).
  • Je bent bereid om 1 week op 3 de vroege wachtdienst op te nemen (bereikbaar vanaf 6u00 's morgens, niet 's avonds).
