Vanuit hun moderne kantoor in Bleiswijk bedienen zij dagelijks zo'n 200 klanten door heel Nederland. Met een vloot van eigen wagens en een uitgebreid netwerk van partners zorgt Agro Fresh Connection voor de schakel tussen teler, distributiecentrum en eindklant. Het team van 8 kenmerkt zich door korte lijnen, lange dienstverbanden en een directe, no-nonsense werksfeer. What are you gonna do? Als Transportplanner Binnenland heb jij de touwtjes stevig in handen. Elke ochtend bouw je de planning op voor meer dan 70 wagens en zo'n 1.500 pallets - een flink deel van de ritten staat vast, maar een groot deel van de dag plan je live mee: aanvullingen op rijdende wagens, last-minute opdrachten en de directe klantlijn die vraagt om razendsnel schakelen. Vrijdag is het drukst, maar ook de dag waarop je het verschil maakt. - Dagelijks plannen en optimaliseren van geconditioneerde binnenlandse transportritten via TMS-software; - Direct contact met klanten, chauffeurs en externe partners, ook wanneer er pallets bij- of afgeladen worden terwijl de wagen rijdt; - Bewaken van routes, tarieven en capaciteit. Bij tekorten ga jij proactief op zoek naar lading of extra vervoerscapaciteit; - Aansturen en delegeren naar ondersteunende collega's op de afdeling; - Signaleren van knelpunten en zelfstandig beslissingen nemen, liever een keer fout dan helemaal niet; - Bijdragen aan de verdere verbetering van de samenwerking en planningsprocessen binnen het team.
