Jobomschrijving

In deze functie ben jij de spil in het proces van transportplanning, waarbij je zorgt voor een optimale coördinatie tussen klanten, chauffeurs en onderaannemers. Dankzij jouw flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid weet jij altijd het overzicht te bewaren in een snel veranderende omgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Opstellen van transportplanning: Je stelt de dagelijkse transportplanning op basis van klantopdrachten en zorgt voor een efficiënte afhandeling van de transporten.
  • Aanpassen van de planning: Bij wijzigingen pas je de planning aan en communiceer je deze wijzigingen tijdig naar het team.
  • Opvolging van chauffeurs: Je volgt de uitvoering van de planning op en coacht chauffeurs om te zorgen voor een correcte uitvoering.
  • Naleving van regelgeving: Je zorgt ervoor dat alle transporten voldoen aan de Europese transport- en logistieke regelgeving.
  • Samenwerken met collega-planners: Je werkt samen met je collega-planners om een optimale efficiëntie te bereiken en de planning zo goed mogelijk te coördineren.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Opleiding: Een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring in logistiek of transport.
  • Ervaring: Enkele jaren ervaring als Transportplanner, bij voorkeur in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Talenkennis: Je beheerst Nederlands, Frans en Engels (Duits is een plus).
  • Stressbestendigheid: Je blijft kalm en efficiënt, zelfs in drukke of veranderende situaties.
  • IT-vaardigheden: Ervaring met IT-systemen en transportsoftware.
  • Relatiebeheer: Je bent in staat om goede relaties op te bouwen met klanten, onderaannemers en chauffeurs.
  • Teamplayer: Je draagt actief bij aan kennisdeling en werkt goed samen met je collega's om het team te versterken.
