Als Transportplanner organiseer en volg je temperatuur gecontroleerde transporten doorheen Europa. Je plant zowel volle vrachten als deelpartijen en zorgt dat goederen correct, tijdig en op de juiste temperatuur aankomen.

Jouw taken:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de dagelijkse transportplanning.
  • Plannen van volle vrachten en groupage doorheen Europa.
  • Rekening houden met bestemming, gewicht, volume en temperatuurvereisten.
  • Chauffeurs en transporten nauwgezet opvolgen.
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, vervoerders en het magazijn.
  • Snel oplossingen zoeken bij vertragingen of wijzigingen.
  • Routes efficiënt plannen en lege kilometers beperken.
  • Transportgegevens, kosten en planningsinformatie correct verwerken.

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen transportplanning of expeditie.
  • Ervaring met koeltransport is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt een goed geografisch inzicht en interesse in internationaal transport.
  • Je plant nauwkeurig en houdt rekening met strikte temperatuurvereisten.
  • Je blijft rustig wanneer planningen wijzigen en schakelt snel.
  • Je bent communicatief, hands-on en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en digitale planningssystemen.
