Onze klant is een belangrijke speler binnen de dagelijkse distributie van verse producten. Vanuit de regio Duffel zorgen zij ervoor dat verschillende grote supermarktketens elke dag tijdig beleverd worden.

Als Transportplanner Dagelijkse Distributie zorg jij samen met je collega's voor een vlotte dagelijkse planning. Je plant zowel eigen chauffeurs als externe charters in en houdt daarbij rekening met timing, capaciteit en rendement. Geen dag verloopt helemaal hetzelfde, dus snel kunnen schakelen is hier belangrijk.

Je komt terecht in een ervaren planningsteam waar collega's nauw samenwerken en elkaar ondersteunen tijdens drukke momenten.

Taken

  • Je maakt de dagelijkse transportplanning op voor de eigen chauffeurs en een vaste groep charters.
  • Je plant de ritten zo efficiënt mogelijk in en houdt daarbij rekening met timing, capaciteit en kosten.
  • Je volgt de chauffeurs gedurende de dag op en stuurt de planning bij wanneer er vertragingen of wijzigingen zijn.
  • Je staat in nauw contact met het magazijn en stemt laad- en losmomenten af op de transportplanning.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat chauffeurs over alle nodige informatie beschikken om hun ritten correct uit te voeren.
  • Je verwerkt de ritten en bijhorende transportdocumentatie correct in het systeem.
  • Je denkt mee na over verbeteringen binnen de planning en dagelijkse werking.

Profiel

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring binnen transportplanning, distributie of een gelijkaardige logistieke omgeving.
  • Je houdt ervan om te puzzelen met verschillende ritten, chauffeurs en tijdstippen en behoudt ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht.
  • Je communiceert vlot met chauffeurs, collega's en andere betrokken afdelingen.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en durft snel beslissingen te nemen wanneer de planning onverwacht verandert.
  • Je kan goed overweg met MS Excel en gebruikt dit vlot om informatie en planningen te verwerken.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een tweeploegenstelsel met vroege en late shifts en af en toe een weekenddienst.
