In deze functie als transportplanner ben jij onmisbaar in het logistieke proces. Je werkt in ploegen, ontvangt een goed salaris, krijgt ploegentoeslag en ontwikkelkansen bij een stabiel bedrijf dat hofleverancier is. Over de functie Als transportplanner zorg jij ervoor dat goederen op tijd en in de juiste vrachtwagen naar de klant gaan. Je werkt in verschillende diensten: ochtend, dag, avond of nacht. Eerst leer je één dienst goed kennen, daarna rouleer je mee in het ploegenschema. In de avonddienst maak je de planning voor de volgende ochtend, in de ochtenddienst zorg je dat chauffeurs tijdig vertrekken, en overdag check je beschikbaarheid van mensen en voertuigen. De afhaaldienst draait om het plannen van afhaalopdrachten. Je schakelt snel en houdt overzicht, want er gebeurt veel en deadlines zijn belangrijk. Samenwerken met chauffeurs is een groot deel van je werk; heldere communicatie maakt het verschil. Je werkt met verschillende computersystemen, doorziet snel hoe alles werkt en kunt goed omgaan met onverwachte situaties. Aan het eind van je dienst draag je jouw werk netjes over aan collega's, persoonlijk of via mail.
