Job description Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Je maakt de dagelijkse exportplanning op voor groupagezendingen en deelpartijen richting Ierland. - Je bereidt afhalingen in België voor en bezorgt onze dienst camionnage tijdig alle nodige informatie. - Je bereidt leveringen vanuit Ierland voor en stemt deze af met onze dienst camionnage, inclusief openingsuren, contactgegevens en specifieke leveringsinstructies. - Je volgt de vaste exportvertrekken naar Ierland nauwgezet op en bewaakt de planning van afhaling tot levering. - Je zorgt ervoor dat afhalingen tijdig plaatsvinden om de geplande ferry-aansluiting te garanderen. - Wanneer de planning wijzigt, neem je initiatief en informeer je klanten proactief over de impact en de verdere planning. - Je boekt containers bij ferrymaatschappijen en volgt de gemaakte afspraken op van boeking tot vertrek. - Je maakt laadlijsten op en zorgt ervoor dat de containerafdeling tijdig over correcte en volledige gegevens beschikt. - Je coördineert de douaneformaliteiten die verbonden zijn aan de ferrytransporten. Profile Herken jij jezelf hierin? - Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als expediteur, transportplanner of in een gelijkaardige logistieke functie. - Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Extra talen zijn een pluspunt. - Je bent sterk in onderhandelen, schakelt snel en behoudt het overzicht, ook in complexe of drukke situaties. - Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, met oog voor zowel administratieve opvolging als commerciële afspraken. - Je hebt ervaring met het uitwerken van consolidaties en groupage-ladingen. - Je bent een echte teamplayer, maar werkt ook zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid. - Kennis van douaneformaliteiten en pricing is een mooie extra troef.
