Kan jij goed communiceren met de chauffeurs en klanten, houd jij je hoofd ten alle tijden koel en kan je presteren onder druk? Dan is dit de vacature voor jou! De uitdaging: Als transportplanner ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de planning van binnenlandse en/of buitenlandse transporten. Het is een afwisselende functie, waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Je staat dagelijks in contact met de chauffeurs, klanten, laad- en los adressen. Je houdt rekening met de wensen van de klant en werkt zo efficiënt mogelijk. Jouw verdere werkzaamheden zullen bestaan uit o.a.: - Het inplannen, monitoren en waar nodig bijsturen van de ritten. - Je fungeert als eerste contactpersoon van de chauffeurs. - Een zo efficiënt mogelijke transportplanning maken, rekening houdend met vele facetten. - Contact onderhouden met klanten; - Alles coördineren rondom laad- en losadressen; - Tussentijdse problemen tijdens het transport oplossen; - Claims m.b.t. schade registreren en opvolgen; - Het onderhouden van goede contacten en je werkt nauw samen met je collega planners; waar ga je werken? De opdracht is een een internationale speler in de logistiek die emballageconcepten (kratten/pallets/bigboxen) beheert, reinigt en onderhoudt. Dit bedrijf levert dagelijks een belangrijke bijdrage aan het soepel laten verlopen van logistieke ketens in binnen- en buitenland.
