In Schiedam zoekt een logistieke dienstverlener in het wegtransport een Transportplanner FTL die de Benelux-operatie draaiende houdt. Ons aanbod - Een salaris tussen €3.000 en €4.500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer; - Een winstuitkering, 2 keer per jaar uitgekeerd; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar; - Teamactiviteiten en bedrijfsuitjes die je echt meemaakt; - De ruimte om eigen initiatieven door te voeren in de transportplanning. Wat ga je doen als Transportplanner FTL - Dagelijks plannen, organiseren en coördineren van FTL-transporten binnen de Benelux met diverse trailertypes; - Zorgen voor optimale inzet van chauffeurs, materieel en transportcapaciteit; - Bewaken van laad- en lostijden en proactief inspelen op verstoringen in de goederenstroom; - Onderhouden van contact met klanten, vervoerders en chauffeurs en zorgen voor heldere communicatie gedurende het transportproces; - Signaleren van afwijkingen, optimaliseren van routes en benutten van commerciële kansen voor groei van de FTL-activiteiten. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten als Transportplanner FTL - Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring als FTL-transportplanner binnen een logistieke omgeving, bij voorkeur met Benelux-distributie; - Aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met TMS-systemen; - Goede geografische kennis van de Benelux en inzicht in transportnetwerken en routeplanning; - Vertrouwd met rij- en rusttijdenwetgeving en de toepassing hiervan in de dagelijkse transportplanning; - Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
