Votre mission

En tant que Travailleur·se social·e, vous accueillez, écoutez et accompagnez les bénéficiaires fréquentant L'Air de Rien. Vous les soutenez dans leurs démarches sociales et administratives, favorisez leur accès aux droits et les orientez vers les services les plus adaptés à leur situation.

Vous travaillez au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire et contribuez activement à la qualité de l'accueil et de l'accompagnement proposés.

Vos responsabilités

  • Accueillir les bénéficiaires dans un climat de confiance, d'écoute et de respect.
  • Réaliser un accompagnement social individualisé selon les besoins de chaque personne.
  • Informer et orienter les bénéficiaires vers les services sociaux, médicaux et administratifs adaptés.
  • Accompagner les démarches administratives et favoriser l'accès aux droits.
  • Collaborer avec le réseau de partenaires bruxellois.
  • Participer aux réunions d'équipe et aux concertations.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des accompagnements (encodage, rapports, statistiques).
  • Contribuer au bon fonctionnement quotidien de L'Air de Rien.
  • Vous êtes titulaire à minima d'un CESS (Certificat d'Enseignement Secondaire Supérieur) ou son équivalence dans une orientation sociale, éducative.
  • Vous avez une expérience auprès de personnes en situation de précarité ou d'exclusion sociale.
  • Vous répondez aux conditions d'éligibilité du dispositif Integra.
  • Vous faites preuve d'écoute, d'empathie et d'un excellent sens relationnel.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe tout en étant capable de travailler de manière autonome.
  • Vous maîtrisez le français à l'oral et à l'écrit. La connaissance d'autres langues est un atout.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (Suite Office).
