Voor onze klant te Nieuwkerke zoeken wij een Treasury Manager Europe.

Onze klant is een internationale speler binnen de voedingsindustrie, gespecialiseerd in diepgevroren aardappelproducten. De organisatie maakt deel uit van een internationale groep met activiteiten in verschillende landen.

Voor het Europese Finance-team zoeken we een ervaren Treasury Manager die verantwoordelijk wordt voor de treasuryactiviteiten binnen Europa.

Je werkt nauw samen met de Global Treasurer en verschillende financiële en operationele afdelingen. Je beheert de dagelijkse treasuryactiviteiten, bewaakt de financiële risico's en denkt mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van de Europese treasurystrategie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het cashmanagement en de liquiditeitsplanning binnen Europa.
  • Je stelt cashflowprognoses op en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je beheert en ontwikkelt relaties met banken, financiers en kredietverzekeraars.
  • Je volgt bankrekeningen, financieringen, garanties en andere treasuryproducten op.
  • Je analyseert en optimaliseert het werkkapitaal.
  • Je werkt mee aan verbeteringen binnen creditmanagement en collections.
  • Je onderzoekt financieringsmogelijkheden en werkt passende oplossingen uit.
  • Je identificeert en beheert financiële risico's, waaronder valuta-, rente- en energierisico's.
  • Je bewaakt de interne treasuryprocedures, controles en compliance.
  • Je ondersteunt strategische financieringsprojecten en verbeteringen binnen ERP- en treasurysystemen.
  • Je stuurt het regionale treasuryteam aan en begeleidt medewerkers in hun verdere ontwikkeling.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Procurement, Commercial en Operations.
  • Je rapporteert aan en overlegt regelmatig met de Global Treasurer en andere senior stakeholders.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de verdere professionalisering van de Europese treasurywerking.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 8 jaar relevante ervaring binnen treasury, corporate finance of commercial banking.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van cashmanagement, liquiditeitsbeheer en financieringsstructuren.
  • Je hebt ervaring met bancaire relaties en financiële onderhandelingen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met financial risk management, waaronder valuta- en renterisico's.
  • Je kan financiële informatie analyseren en vertalen naar concrete beslissingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van medewerkers.
  • Je communiceert vlot met banken, financiële partners en stakeholders op managementniveau.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je dossiers.
  • Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een praktische aanpak.
  • Ervaring met SAP en/of treasury managementsystemen is een plus.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie, landbouw of agribusiness is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een plus.
