Als treinbegeleider zorg je elke dag voor een veilige en vlotte reis voor de reizigers.

  • Je informeert reizigers en beantwoordt hun vragen op een duidelijke en vriendelijke manier.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat het in- en uitstappen vlot en veilig verloopt.
  • Je houdt in het oog dat reizigers zich comfortabel en op hun gemak voelen tijdens de rit.
  • Je reageert snel en correct op onverwachte situaties, zowel op de trein als op het perron.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van Treinbegeleider gelden deze instapvoorwaarden.

  • Je bent beschikbaar voor onregelmatige uren en kan zowel vroeg als laat werken, met sporadisch extreem vroege starturen.
  • Je kan het station bereiken op momenten dat er geen openbaar vervoer rijdt. Een rijbewijs B is niet verplicht.
  • Je beheerst Nederlands en Frans verplicht en kan ook in Wallonië omroepen en reizigers helpen. Kennis van Engels is een plus, maar wordt niet formeel getest.
  • Voor de functie van Treinbegeleider is geen diploma vereist.
  • Je bent klantgericht, vlot in sociaal contact en stressbestendig.
