Als echte vakman weet je precies hoe je de klant kunt ontzorgen. Je duikt in de wereld van technische oplossingen en draagt bij aan dat elke klant de beste service ervaart. Met jouw inzicht in het optimale proces breng je niet alleen de kwaliteit, maar ook de klantbeleving naar een hoger niveau. Wat ga je doen? - Het onderhoud en reparatie van Daimler Trucks. - Het vastleggen van de bevindingen zodat je collega's aan de receptie de dossiers snel kunnen afwikkelen. - Na een gedegen opleiding stel je diagnoses, los je storingen op en groei je verder in je vakgebied. - Je gaat mee in de digitalisering van de werkplaats waarbij alle monteurs met tablets gaan werken. Wat ben jij? - Je hebt een afgeronde (vrachtwagen)monteursopleiding op MBO-niveau 3 of 4, bij voorkeur met enkele jaren ervaring op zak. - Je bent gedreven om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen, zowel in Daimler Trucks technieken als op pers...
