Ga dan aan de slag als toptuinierder in Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven-Best. - Beschrijving First things first De totale oppervlakte van de tuin rondom het hotel bedraagt zo'n 3 hectare grond. Ook beschikken wij over een daktuin van 1200 m2. De inrichting van onze tuin wordt heel afwisselend. Van bos tot open landschap met bloemenweides en wandelpaden, diverse terrassen en een boomgaard. Maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen staat hoog in het vaandel bij ons. Ons hotel is volledig BREEAM-gecertificeerd en voldoet daarmee aan de strengste eisen voor milieuvriendelijk bouwen. Als onderdeel hiervan help je mee aan projecten zoals het realiseren van insectenhotels en vogelhuisjes, waarmee we bijdragen aan de biodiversiteit. Wat ga je doen? - Onderhouden en snoeien van diverse beplanting; - Het onderhouden van het parkeerterrein; - Het onderhouden van het gazon; - Het zaaien, planten en oogsten in onze tuin. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Goede kennis van planten en bomen; - Verantwoordelijk, zelfstandig alsmede in teamverband kunnen werken, flexibel en initiatiefrijk; - Opleiding en werkervaring is een pré; - In de wintermaanden heeft het onderhoud van het terrein wat minder aandacht nodig. Maar geen zorgen, je zult je niet vervelen! We zoeken iemand met een flexibele instelling die het leuk vindt om in deze periode de handen uit de mouwen te steken bij onze technische dienst.
