Onze klant is een groeiend bedrijf actief in de groensector, gespecialiseerd in de aanleg en het onderhoud van tuinen en buitenruimtes. Met een team van gemotiveerde vakmensen realiseren ze uiteenlopende projecten voor zowel particulieren als bedrijven. Kwaliteit, vakkennis en een praktische aanpak staan centraal in alles wat ze doen.

Voor een groeiend bedrijf in regio Roeselare gaat Let's Work op zoek naar een tuinarbeider.

In deze gevarieerde functie werk je mee aan de aanleg én het onderhoud van tuinen en groenprojecten. Je geniet van een afwisselende werkdag in de buitenlucht, werkt samen met een enthousiast team en ziet elke dag het resultaat van jouw inzet. Daarbovenop geniet je van een aantrekkelijk loon vanaf €14 per uur volgens ervaring, extralegale voordelen en de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen een groeiend bedrijf.

Hoe breng jij elke dag tuinen tot leven?

  • Samen met het team werk je mee aan de aanleg van tuinen, borders, hagen en gazons
  • Onderhoudswerken zoals snoeien, maaien en onkruid verwijderen neem je actief voor je rekening
  • Je draagt actief bij aan een verzorgde uitstraling van groene zones bij klanten
  • Materialen en planten klaarzetten, laden en lossen doe je samen met collega's
  • Tijdens de werkzaamheden zorg je ervoor dat alles netjes en veilig verloopt
  • Ervaring in tuinaanleg of onderhoud is een pluspunt, maar motivatie is minstens even belangrijk
  • In alles wat je doet, laat je je passie voor groen en oog voor detail zien
  • Werkend in de buitenlucht voel je je helemaal op je plek
  • Als sterke communicator werk je gestructureerd en lever je werk dat netjes afgewerkt is
  • Met een positieve aanpak en creatief oplossingsvermogen ga je elke uitdaging aan
