Ben jij communicatief sterk en hou je van klantcontact? Dan hebben wij dé job voor jou! Voor onze klant actief in sanitaire voorzieningen gevestigd in Schoten zoeken wij een enthousiaste Klantendienstmedewerker die energie krijgt van het helpen van klanten en het oplossen van vragen.

Wat ga je doen?

Elke dag sta jij klaar voor onze klanten via telefoon, e-mail, chat en WhatsApp. Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor vragen over:

  • Producten en bestellingen
  • Retouren en aftersales
  • Advies en oplossingen

Je denkt mee, zoekt oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat elke klant zich gehoord voelt. Geen dag is hetzelfde – dynamiek en soms wat hectiek? Jij vindt dat heerlijk!

Dit ben jij:

  • Je hebt al ervaring in klantenservice of een vergelijkbare rol en weet hoe je klanten écht verder helpt.
  • Nederlands en Frans? Voor jou geen probleem! je communiceert vlot in beide talen, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent een echte mensenmens: klantvriendelijk, commercieel ingesteld en altijd klaar om een oplossing te vinden.
  • Nauwkeurig werken zit in je natuur. Je hebt oog voor detail, kwaliteit en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Flexibiliteit? Dat hoort bij jou. Om de week op zaterdag werken vind je prima.
