Wij bieden jou de mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan een tweejarig leerwerktraject met erkend diploma en uitzicht op een vaste baan als uitvoerder bij deze bekende moderne aannemer. In dit leer werk traject , samen vormgegeven met Bureau Vakwerk, word je klaargestoomd voor een carrière in de bouwsector en specifiek voor in de uitvoering als aankomend uitvoerder. Na het traject kom je in dienst bij de Nieuwe Norm. Gedurende twee jaar werk je via Building Heroes vier dagen per week bij de Nieuwe Norm in Rotterdam. Een senior werkvoorbereider leert je op de werkvloer stap voor stap het vak van uitvoerder. Je leert onder andere onderaannemers en vaklieden aan te sturen, de planning te bewaken en acties te ondernemen om de kwaliteit te bewaken. De vijfde dag heb je les van vakdocenten en word je gecoacht in je persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Denk aan vakken als constructie, bouwfysica, begroten, plannen en organisatie, maar ook 3d-tekenen. Behalve theorie is er ook veel aandacht voor ontwikkeling van 'soft-skills' zoals communicatie, samenwerken en (persoonlijk) leiderschap. Na twee jaar sluit je af met je een erkend diploma mbo-bouwkunde niveau 4 op zak en een baan bij jouw leerwerkbedrijf de Nieuwe Norm.
