Als Uitvoerder Verduurzaming ben jij de spil in het succes van onze verduurzamingsprojecten. Je leidt een gedreven en vakbekwaam team dat met passie en energie aan de slag gaat om gebouwen toekomstbestendig te maken. Jij bent de drijvende kracht achter het proces en zorgt ervoor dat alles van begin tot eind op rolletjes loopt. Je krijgt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw projecten. Vanaf de initiële planning tot de oplevering en overdracht aan de opdrachtgever ben jij het aanspreekpunt en de coördinator. Je houdt scherp toezicht op de voortgang, zowel qua planning als financieel, en zorgt ervoor dat alles binnen het afgesproken budget blijft. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met onze opdrachtgevers om ervoor te zorgen dat de outputdoelstellingen worden behaald en de verwachtingen volledig worden waargemaakt. Jouw leiderschap zorgt voor een optimaal functionerend team, waar motivatie en samenwerking centraal staan. Je weet je medewerkers te inspireren en te stimuleren om het beste uit zichzelf te halen, waardoor je projecten soepel en efficiënt verlopen. Bovendien ben je verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid en kwaliteit van het werk, zodat alles volgens de hoogste standaarden wordt uitgevoerd. Als Uitvoerder Verduurzaming heb je niet alleen invloed op de uitvoering van de projecten, maar draag je ook bij aan een duurzamere toekomst.
