De organisatie werkt als regisserende aannemer, waarbij je samenwerkt met onderaannemers, leveranciers en bouwplaatsmedewerkers en de regie stevig bewaakt. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen precies weet wat er moet gebeuren en op welk moment. Van planning tot en met oplevering bewaak je de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je hebt oog voor detail, herkent knelpunten tijdig en schakelt snel wanneer dat nodig is. Je houdt het werkproces draaiende, ziet toe op naleving van afspraken en zorgt voor een soepel verlopende bouwplaats. Uitdagende projecten geven je energie en bieden ruimte om je kennis, overzicht en besluitvaardigheid in te zetten. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je geeft dagelijks leiding op de bouwplaats en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen. - Je stuurt onderaannemers aan en bewaakt een efficiënte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. - Je monitort planning, voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheid en kosten. - Je signaleert afwijkingen ten opzichte van afspraken en onderneemt direct actie. - Je voert dagelijks overleg met het team en bewaakt afspraken en resultaten. - Je motiveert en begeleidt collega's zodat het werk met vakmanschap en trots wordt uitgevoerd.
