Als uitvoerder binnen de sector Aannemers, subsector Uitvoering & Productie, ben jij de spil in het bouwproces. Jij stuurt ploegen en onderaannemers aan, stemt af met opdrachtgevers en stakeholders, en bewaakt planning, voortgang en budget. Kwaliteitsbewaking en opleverdossiers vallen eveneens onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid, net als de coördinatie van materiaal en materieel. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met een team van professionals, waarbij jouw leiderschapskwaliteiten en klantgerichtheid het verschil maken. Jij bent een verbinder die uitdagingen omzet in oplossingen en zorgt voor een optimale samenwerking binnen alle lagen van het project. Functie-eisen Met minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een uitvoerende rol binnen de bouwsector beschik jij over de nodige expertise om deze functie succesvol te vervullen. Daarnaast worden de volgende vakinhoudelijke en persoonlijke vaardigheden gewaardeerd: - Ervaring met calculeren, begroten, planning & fasering - Een gedegen kennis van Microsoft Excel (geavanceerd niveau) - Bekwaamheid in veiligheid & KAM-processen - Competenties zoals leiderschap, klantgerichtheid, resultaatgerichtheid en stressbestendigheid - Het vermogen om effectief te plannen, organiseren en te overtuigen Deze rol is ideaal voor iemand die empathie en integriteit hoog in het vaandel heeft staan en die graag initiatief neemt om loyaal bij te dragen aan teamdoelen en succes.
