Als uitvoerder bij deze opdrachtgever word je voornamelijk verantwoordeliijk voor grote renovatie en onderhoudsprojecten. De projecten bevinden zich veelal in Noord Holland waarbij de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden in bewoonde staat gebeurt. Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Het leiding geven aan de vaklieden op een of meerdere renovatieprojecten tegelijk - Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers, bewoners, leveranciers en onderaannemers - Indien nodig voer je de werkvoorbereiding uit - Je bewaakt de planning, het budget en de kwaliteit en houdt meer- en minderwerk bij - Je woont bouwvergaderingen bij en behandelt eventuele klachten - Je stelt het projectplan op en verzorgt de rapportage Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Afgeronde MBO of HBO Bouwkunde opleiding - Ca. 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie - Passie voor renovatie- en onderhoudswerk - Bij voorkeur ervaring met RSG en Lean Ik zoek een zeer servicegerichte uitvoerder die goed op verschillende niveau's weet te communiceren. Je weet zowel de bewonders op een correcte manier te woord te staan als de vaklieden goed aan te sturen en te motiveren. Je bent zeer kwaliteitsbewust en je voelt je thuis in het renovatie- onderhoudswerk. Functieoverzicht .
