De inbreng strekt zich verder dan bouwproductie alleen. Zij zien ook kansen om initiatief te nemen, klanten te inspireren en samen te brengen. Dankzij jarenlange ervaring beschikt men over ruime ervaring en een breed georiënteerde kennis. Men is niet actief in de particuliere opdrachten. Functie inhoud ls uitvoerder werk je zelfstandig aan een bouwproject binnen onderhoud en renovatie. Op basis van het bestek en de tekeningen voer je het project uit binnen het budget en tijdschema, teneinde het project op te leveren conform het kwaliteitsplan. Je belangrijkste taak is het zorgdragen voor de dagelijkse organisatie op de bouwplaats en het coördineren en controleren van de werkzaamheden welke noodzakelijk zijn voor de kwaliteit en voortgang van het project. Je instrueert hierbij de eigen medewerkers, de onderaannemers, de toeleveranciers en geef je leiding aan de (assistent) uitvoerders. Tevens begeleid je de vooroplevering, werk je de opleveringspunten af, verwerk je de administratie en verstrek je administratieve gegevens ten behoeve van de algehele kostenbewaking. Functie eisen Uiteraard vragen we de nodige kennis en kunde van jouw kant. Dit is onder andere: - Een afgeronde opleiding richting bouwkunde; - Enkele jaren ervaring binnen het uitvoerdersvak, bij voorkeur in de onderhoud en renovatie; - Bij voorkeur ben je digitaal goed onderlegd en kan je werken met de nieuwste software.
