Wegens groei van onze activiteiten zijn wij op zoek naar de volgende nieuwe collega: Uitvoerder Functie informatie De uitvoerder rapporteert rechtstreeks aan een projectleider en is samen met hem verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van één of meerdere uiteenlopende renovatie-, verbouwings- of verduurzamingsprojecten. U leidt alle dagelijkse activiteiten op de bouwplaats en zorgt voor een kwalitatieve oplevering van het project binnen het afgesproken budget en tijdschema. Een correcte administratieve afhandeling hoort daarbij en u vindt het leuk om ook af en toe zelf de hamer te hanteren. Direct contact met onze opdrachtgevers en de gebruikers van hun gebouwen maakt het noodzakelijk dat u gemakkelijk en dienstvaardig communiceert. Uiteraard is orde, netheid en veilig werken voor ons en voor u een vanzelfsprekendheid. Onze klanten bevinden zich binnen de woningcorporaties, de zorg, het onderwijs en de zakelijke markt. Ons werkgebied is voornamelijk Zuid-Limburg. Functie-eisen • MBO werk- en denkniveau; • Enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie; • Leidinggevende vaardigheden; • Probleemoplossend vermogen; • Groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; • Gemotiveerde en klantgerichte werkhouding; • Representatief en goede communicatieve vaardigheden; • Integer, accuraat en plichtsgetrouw; • In bezit van rijbewijs BE en VCA-VOL diploma of bereidt dit te behalen.
