Welkom in de wereld vanUitvoerder asfaltbijDura Vermeer Infra Asfalt!Je bent als uitvoerder asfalt verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse uitvoering van een volledige asfaltploeg. Welke werkzaam is in de regio Zuid-Holland, Zeeland en het westelijke deel van Noord-Brabant. Dit wordt je baan Je hebt de dagelijkse leiding over de asfaltploeg in de regio Zuid West. Je coördineert en organiseert het materiaal, materieel en uiteraard stuur je de asfaltploeg aan. Een project kan niet van start gaan zonder goede voorbereiding. Je draagt hieraan bij en stelt de planning op binnen de gestelde tijd en budget. Op de projecten word je gevraagd om te adviseren over de aanvliegroute en zorg je voor passende veiligheidsaspecten zodat iedereen de werkzaamheden veilig kan uitvoeren. Je werkt nauw samen met de asfaltcoördinator om de voortgang te monitoren en om rapportages op te stellen. Kwaliteit staat bij jou hoog in het vaandel. Asfalteren is vakmanschap en dat weet jij dagelijks met groot enthousiasme over te brengen op de ploeg. Dit alles voer je uit met een team waarin successen worden gevierd!
