Team Daan Daan Bronswinkel Senior Adviseur +31 6 33 94 12 07 [email protected] Jouw rol Jouw rol in het project Je werkt aan zware betonconstructies in en rond Amsterdam: kunstwerken, viaducten, bruggen en tunnelbakken, projecten waar de constructie zelf het werk is. Je komt in dienst bij Bouwhuysch en werkt op locatie bij een van de grootste civiele aannemers van Nederland. Je stuurt het werk buiten aan. Je verdeelt het werk over eigen ploegen en onderaannemers, bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en kosten, en houdt veiligheid en omgeving scherp in de gaten. Je stuurt op bekisting, wapening, stortplanning, nabehandeling en maatvoering, en je weet dat de voorbereiding van een stort net zo bepalend is als de stort zelf. Je bent de schakel tussen werkvoorbereiding en bouwplaats. Waar ontwerp en werkelijkheid uit elkaar lopen, signaleer jij het vroeg en kom je met een oplossing die uitvoerbaar is. Je legt vast wat er is afgesproken en informeert de opdrachtgever voordat hij erom vraagt. Omdat je bij Bouwhuysch in dienst bent, houdt je loopbaan niet op bij dit project. Loopt het werk af, dan bepalen we samen de volgende stap, een ander type constructie, een grotere rol of een project dichter bij huis.
