Als Uitvoerder Bouwkuipen zorg jij ervoor dat alles op de bouwplaats soepel verloopt: van de planning en coördinatie tot het aansturen van het team en het bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en budgetten. MBO 4 / HBO 40 uur Projectlocatie Hier draag je aan bij Als Uitvoerder bouwkuipen bij Martens en Van Oord zorg jij ervoor dat alles op de bouwplaats op rolletjes loopt. Jij bent de spil van het project en ondersteunt en stuurt het team aan, van start tot oplevering. Je bent betrokken, hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en denkt proactief mee om uitdagingen het hoofd te bieden. Met jouw doortastendheid en organisatorisch talent zorg je voor structuur, veiligheid en kwaliteit. Zo lever jij een belangrijke bijdrage aan het succes van ieder project! Als Uitvoerder bouwkuipen werk je aan uitdagende projecten waarbij het ontgraven van bouwkuipen centraal staat: echt specialistisch grondverzet. Affiniteit met bouwkuipen is daarbij een pré. Samen met het projectteam en de Projectleider zorg je voor een efficiënte uitvoering, bewaak je de voortgang en los je problemen daadkrachtig op. Benieuwd geworden naar wat voor soort uitdagende projecten we dan bedoelen? Een voorbeeld is het project bij de A9 waar Martens en Van Oord in combinatie met Boskalis werkt aan een verdiepte ligging van de snelweg waar 35 bouwkuipen gefaseerd worden ontgraven. Een ander voorbeeld is het project op Schiphol waar een nieuwe bagagekelder zal worden gerealiseerd. Ook op dit project worden bouwkuipen uitgegraven, dit wordt voor De werkzaamheden op een rij - Geeft leiding aan de medewerkers op de bouwplaats en bewaakt de voortgang. - Coördineert de tijdige aanvoer van materiaal en materieel. - Zorgt voor een nette en veilige uitvoering op de bouwplaats. - Bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en betrokkenen.
