The posting

's Ochtends bespreek je de werkzaamheden met je ploeg, even later loop je over het project met de opdrachtgever. Als uitvoerder ben jij degene die buiten het overzicht bewaart. Jij zorgt dat mensen, materieel en materialen op het juiste moment klaarstaan en dat het werk volgens planning wordt uitgevoerd.

Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid én vrijheid. Je bent regelmatig op de projectlocaties te vinden, stuurt de vakmensen aan en schakelt met leveranciers, opdrachtgevers en de werkvoorbereiding. Loopt iets anders dan gepland? Dan wacht jij niet af, maar zorg je voor een praktische oplossing.

Als uitvoerder buitenruimte werk je aan verschillende projecten in de openbare ruimte. Daardoor ziet je werkweek er nooit precies hetzelfde uit.

Je gaat onder andere:

• Leidinggeven aan uitvoerende teams op verschillende projectlocaties;

• Personeel, materieel en materialen organiseren;

• Planning, voortgang, veiligheid, kosten en kwaliteit bewaken;

• Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers en toezichthouders;

• Afwijkingen in tekeningen en bestek signaleren en oplossen.

Je werkt in dagdienst en krijgt volop ruimte om jouw projecten zelfstandig te organiseren.

Functie-eisen: Voor deze baan als uitvoerder zoeken we iemand die overzicht houdt en duidelijk communiceert. Ervaring is welkom, maar ook wanneer je vanuit een andere functie klaar bent voor meer verantwoordelijkheid, komen we graag met je in contact.

Je brengt mee:

• MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Civiele Techniek;

• Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie óf de kennis om de stap naar uitvoerder te maken;

• Een VCA-VOL of de bereidheid om deze te behalen;

• Rijbewijs B; rijbewijs BE is mooi meegenomen.

Je hoeft dus niet jarenlang uitvoerder buitenruimte te zijn geweest. Heb je bijvoorbeeld ervaring als voorman en ben je toe aan meer verantwoordelijkheid? Dan kan deze functie juist een mooie volgende stap zijn.
