De expertise ligt bij deze bouwer binnen de woningbouw, met onder andere nieuwbouw, transformatie en renovatie. Door samen met de opdrachtgevers kritisch te kijken naar het gehele traject en te luisteren naar de wensen en eisen van de klant, is het resultaat een project dat niet alleen binnen het budget en tijd opgeleverd wordt, maar ook naar volle tevredenheid van de kopers. Functie inhoud Als uitvoerder houd je toezicht op en controleer je de uitvoering op de bouwplaats. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor bewaking van kwaliteit, veiligheid, kosten en voortgang en voor de organisatie van de bouwactiviteiten. Ook signaleer je meer- en minderwerk. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor uitvoeringsvoorbereiding en verantwoordelijk voor uitvoering, nazorg en personeelsinzet. Je roept het materiaal en materieel af en koopt in overleg met de projectleider eventueel zelf in. Je verzorgt zelf de detail planningen en houdt je ook bezig met de kostenbewaking.
