Dan moet je zeker verder lezen. We zoeken een uitvoerder die het dagelijkse werk op de bouw coördineert en zorgt dat mensen, materieel en planning op elkaar aansluiten. Met oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en samenwerking zorg je samen met je team dat het werk klopt. Wat ga je doen als uitvoerder? Als uitvoerder ben jij de spil op de bouwplaats. Je hebt de dagelijkse leiding over één of meerdere projecten en zorgt ervoor dat mensen, materieel en materiaal op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider en de werkvoorbereider. Verder houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers op de bouwplaats en zorgen voor een prettige werksfeer, waarin duidelijk is wat er van iedereen wordt verwacht. - Verdelen en coördineren van werkzaamheden en zorgen voor een optimale inzet van mensen, materieel en materiaal. - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang, inclusief het bijhouden van de voortgang en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig. - Vertalen van tekeningen en contracteisen naar concrete werkzaamheden en meedenken over efficiënte en veilige werkmethoden. - Afstemmen met projectleiding, werkvoorbereiding, onderaannemers en leveranciers over de uitvoering en voortgang van het werk. - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten en tijdens de uitvoering direct zoeken naar praktische en effectieve oplossingen. Je bent veel buiten te vinden, maar houdt ook de planning en organisatie scherp in de gaten. Je weet wat er op papier staat én wat er buiten nodig is om het voor elkaar te krijgen.
