Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid, stuurt medewerkers aan en houdt het overzicht op de projecten. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij de voorbereiding, onderhoud je contact met opdrachtgevers en zorg je voor een goede afronding van het werk. Je komt terecht in een compact team met korte communicatielijnen en weinig hiërarchische lagen. Er is veel aandacht voor moderne en duurzame werkwijzen. Zo wordt er bij steeds meer projecten volledig elektrisch en emissieloos gewerkt. Wat ga je doen? Als uitvoerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en voortgang van de projecten. Je bewaakt de veiligheid, kwaliteit en planning en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden soepel verlopen. Daarbij schakel je met collega's, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen. Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen de uitvoering, de projectleiding en de opdrachtgever. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bewaken van de planning, veiligheid en kwaliteit op de projecten. - Meedenken over de voorbereiding en een efficiënte uitvoering van werkzaamheden. - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen. - Signaleren van knelpunten en het bedenken van praktische oplossingen. - Aansturen en begeleiden van medewerkers op de projectlocatie. - Zorgen voor een correcte afronding en overdracht van de werkzaamheden. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Met jouw organisatietalent, praktische instelling en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het succesvol realiseren van de projecten.
