Als Uitvoerder Civiele Techniek / GWW geef je dagelijks leiding aan werkzaamheden waarbij techniek, mensen en omgeving nauw op elkaar aansluiten. Je voert zelfstandig projecten uit zoals de reconstructie van een kruispunt, de aanleg van een hemelwaterriool, het vernieuwen van een dijkweg of het realiseren van toegangswegen op een bedrijventerrein. Je vertaalt de voorbereiding naar concrete afspraken op de bouwplaats en zorgt dat jouw team veilig en met een duidelijk doel aan het werk gaat. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Het zelfstandig leiden van civiele projecten of afgebakende projectonderdelen; - Het aansturen van voormannen, vaklieden, machinisten en onderaannemers; - Het maken en bijstellen van dag- en weekplanningen; - Het afstemmen van werkvolgorde, bouwplaatslogistiek en inzet van personeel en materieel; - Het organiseren van dagstarts, werkbesprekingen en veiligheidsinstructies; - Het controleren van maatvoering, materiaalgebruik en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden; - Het bewaken van productie, uren, kosten en voortgang ten opzichte van de werkbegroting; Wie ben jij?
