Vacature Uitvoerder Civiele Techniek | Amsterdam Jij zorgt dat civiele projecten buiten niet alleen gepland zijn, maar ook veilig, strak en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd. 4000 - 5000 Noord-Holland Zuid-Holland Utrecht Fulltime Mbo Hbo Geen standaard rol, wel jouw ding Je komt tot je recht wanneer het buiten klopt: mensen weten wat ze moeten doen, materialen en materieel zijn geregeld, veiligheid is geborgd en het werk loopt volgens planning. Als Uitvoerder Civiele Techniek geef jij dagelijks leiding aan de uitvoering van civiele projecten en zorg je dat plannen daadwerkelijk worden gerealiseerd. Je bent veel op de bouwplaats aanwezig en staat midden in de uitvoering. Daar houd je overzicht, stuur je bij waar nodig en zorg je dat jouw team veilig, efficiënt en met de juiste kwaliteit kan werken. Je vormt samen met de projectleider, werkvoorbereider en calculator het projectteam en vertaalt het projectplan naar een haalbare dag- en weekplanning voor mensen, materieel en middelen. Op locatie geef je leiding aan voormannen en uitvoerende teams en zorg je dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je schakelt met interne en externe partijen, bewaakt de voortgang en houdt grip op uren, budget, materieel en kwaliteit. Veiligheid heeft daarbij altijd prioriteit en je werkt actief aan een veilige werkomgeving. Daarnaast zorg je dat de projectadministratie klopt en dat de voortgang inzichtelijk is ten opzichte van de planning. Je voert werkplekinspecties uit, signaleert verbeterpunten en zorgt dat deze worden opgepakt. Je bent een leider die rust en overzicht brengt op de bouwplaats, duidelijk communiceert en snel schakelt wanneer dat nodig is. In deze rol krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en vrijheid om projecten succesvol te realiseren.
