Als uitvoerder zorg jij dat projecten aan het laag- en middenspanningsnet soepel en veilig verlopen. Je hoeft nog geen uitvoerder te zijn om te starten - dat leren we je stap voor stap, in dit werk-leertraject voor zowel zij-instromers als doorstromers binnen de elektrotechniek. Als uitvoerder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van projecten in het laag- en middenspanningsnet. Je zorgt dat werkzaamheden, zoals de aanleg van nieuwe kabels of de vervanging van elektriciteitshuisjes (transformatorstations), volgens plan en veilig worden uitgevoerd. Dat doe je door: - Werkplannen en aanwijzingen op te stellen en schakelplannen te maken conform de systematiek die één van de netbeheerders gebruikt; - Samengestelde teams aan te sturen: je verdeelt het werk, geeft duidelijkheid en houdt overzicht op de voortgang; - Toezicht te houden op projectlocaties: je controleert of er volgens afspraak en veilig gewerkt wordt. Je start met een compacte mbo 4-opleiding. De eerste 20 weken volg je fulltime les op onze technische bedrijfsschool in Ermelo, waar je de basis leert van ervaren instructeurs en vakdocenten. Aansluitend volgen schakeltrainingen en realistische simulaties op laag- en middenspanning, waarin samengestelde teams praktijksituaties van A tot Z uitvoeren: denk aan werkplannen, aanwijzingen geven en schakelplannen conform de systematiek van één van de netbeheerders Na deze intensieve start ga je aan het werk bij de aannemer bij jou in de regio.
