Vacature Uitvoerder Fundering | Amersfoort Bouw jij letterlijk aan de basis van toonaangevende projecten en houd jij de regie van eerste paal tot oplevering? 3000 - 4500 Utrecht Gelderland Fulltime Mbo Hbo Geen standaard rol, wel jouw ding Ben jij een uitvoerder die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie krijgt van uitdagende projecten in de funderingswereld? In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats. Je coördineert de inzet van medewerkers, materieel en onderaannemers, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat projecten veilig, efficiënt en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd. Als aanspreekpunt op locatie onderhoud je nauw contact met opdrachtgevers, projectleiding en uitvoeringsteams. Je houdt overzicht, signaleert afwijkingen tijdig en schakelt snel wanneer omstandigheden daarom vragen. Dankzij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden verlopen werkzaamheden soepel en blijven kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang gewaarborgd. Je komt terecht bij een specialistische aannemer met een sterke positie binnen de funderings- en geotechnische sector. Hier krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid, ruimte voor eigen initiatief en de mogelijkheid om mee te werken aan uiteenlopende en technisch uitdagende projecten. Samen met een betrokken team werk je dagelijks aan succesvolle resultaten voor opdrachtgevers door heel Nederland. Hier herken jij jezelf in - Je hebt MBO werk- en denkniveau met een relevante opleiding; - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als uitvoerder; - Je kan goed samenwerken, bent resultaatgericht en werkt veilig.
