Als uitvoerder ben je de verbindende factor tussen opdrachtgevers, vaklieden en onderaannemers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces: van de opname en uitwerking tot het opstellen van de planning en de uitvoering. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de techniek. Je hebt veel contact met bewoners en opdrachtgevers en zorgt samen met een vast team dat projecten in de regio Breda volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd. Wat ga je doen? Je begeleidt projecten van voorbereiding tot uitvoering en houdt gedurende het hele traject de regie. Je zorgt dat mensen, materialen en middelen op tijd geregeld zijn en stuurt bij wanneer dat nodig is. - Opnemen van werkzaamheden op locatie - Uitwerken van de opname en maken van een plattegrond - Opstellen van de werkvoorbereiding en planning - Zorgen dat materialen, mensen en middelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, vaklieden en onderaannemers - Begeleiden en aansturen van de uitvoering op locatie - Bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid - Contact onderhouden met bewoners en hen meenemen in het proces - Signaleren van knelpunten en deze praktisch oplossen - Bijsturen wanneer de uitvoering of planning daarom vraagt - Zorgen voor een goede samenwerking binnen het vaste projectteam Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je hebt ervaring als voorman of (meewerkend) uitvoerder - Ervaring met mutatieonderhoud en renovatie is een pré - Je hebt een afgeronde MBO-opleiding of meerdere jaren werkervaring in een bouwkundige functie - Je beschikt over voldoende bouwkundige en technische kennis - Je kunt goed schakelen met bewoners en opdrachtgevers - Je bent sterk in het bewaken en naleven van planningen - Je kunt verschillende partijen goed met elkaar verbinden - Je bent een ...
